Home Solar Installation Process
Assessment and Proposal
One week: After evaluating your house and energy requirements, a solar expert will work with our designers to create a solar proposal. Together with your accountant, you will go over your project plan with your consultant and talk about your eligibility.
Project Initiation
One month: You'll obtain finance, sign your contract, and make a down payment. We'll finish a professional engineering assessment and develop a project plan set.
Permit Application
Four to six weeks: There is anything further we need to do if your house is landmarked. We'll finish your home's landmarks survey.
System Installation
One to three days: You'll decide on a convenient start date for your project. We'll be here early to get the installation going. You will receive an invoice for the remaining project cost after installation is finished.
Inspections
TWO WEEKS: We will work with the Department of Buildings to arrange final inspections.
Customer Support
ALWAYS: We will work to help you with anything that may happen after the installation.
Solar Panels for Flat Roofs
Other contractors frequently tell homeowners that their flat roofs are too shaded, too cluttered, or too small to accommodate solar panels. We have developed two cutting-edge design techniques that optimize the potential of solar projects, even for "difficult" roofs that other businesses are unable to successfully install.
Solar Panels for Landmarked Homes
In the past, landmark status was a requirement to be eligible for solar. Not any longer. This is due to the fact that we have perfected the design and application guidelines for the City's intricate landmarks and have created zero visible installation techniques. Consequently, landmarked homes are now among our most popular project types, and solar is now feasible even on these formerly "no go" properties.
We provide easy financing choices and a comprehensive warranty plan to ensure that you and your roof are well-covered.
Our solar systems all have an industry-best 30-year warranty that includes the panels and inverter as well as the entire system.
Your solar production is guaranteed by us. We will pay you in cash to make up for any savings lost if your system doesn't operate as planned.
Our monitoring crew receives performance data from the systems and is alerted when there are any abnormalities.
With our flexible financing options, you can replace your current expense with a small monthly solar payment. When you can be paying off your own solar system, why keep paying your power bill?
